A wine gift certificate will

connoisseurs have very particular tastes and their personal preferences
are bound to be pleased with our wide selection of wine styles.

person at the winery (with ID) or for
online purchases of
wine or wine accessories from our
gift shop.

sole purpose of providing promotional information to you related to BMV or
to complete requested transactions. Personal information will not be

SITE SECURITY: All
personal information during checkout is transmitted over a secure internet
connection. You are welcome to contact us by phone to provide credit card
information if you are not comfortable with ordering online.
AGE:On placing an order for wine, the buyer
states they are at least 21 years of age or older. All wine is sold and
the title passes to the buyer in the state of Virginia when an order is
paid in full. We make no representation concerning your legal right to
ship or receive wine into any state outside Virginia or any country
outside the United States.
SHIPPING: BMV will act on the
buyers behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver wine to the buyers
shipping address. A business address is preferred. Once wine has
left our storage facility, the buyer is solely responsible for any loss or
damage. All orders are shipped within 5 business days using USPO Parcel
Post or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. A business address is defined
as an official commercial business building. There will be 3 delivery
attempts at the address you provide. Wine will not be left at the door as
it requires a signature from someone at least 21 years of age. Any
expenses incurred to reroute your shipment will be billed to your credit
card.
Buyer is responsible to contact us regarding alternative or special
shipping arrangements. Due to State and Federal regulations governing the
limitations of shipping alcohol, BMV can presently ship directly to the
following states only AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID,
IL, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA,
WI, WV, WY.
Unfortunately, Belle Mount Vineyards does not
ship to AL, AR, DE, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MS, MT, NJ, OK, PA, RI,
SD, TN, UT, VT.
